6 WEEKS






FLASHBACK- in his daddy's clothes







This past month has been so much fun!! He started smiling around 6 weeks; which was very rewarding for my heart! :) Matthew and I have loved every minute we get to interact with our happy and smiling lil guy :)
Another development this past week is that he started cooing! It's so fun to see him with his little mouth open and actually have sounds other than whimpers and cries come out. He is really beginning to see our faces and respond to our voices and expressions in his own unique way :)
Just a few days ago he started sucking on his hands. SO adorable! He's not been much of a paci baby, but he's sure loving his hands :)
2 weeks ago we started co-sleeping with him in our bed. It went great the first 3 nights! He went between 6-7 hours between feedings! Then he started a growth spurt so he was wanting to eat very often again. The spurt is now over and we'll see this next week if co-sleeping is right for us :) Matthew and I just love the newfound closeness we have as a family.
We appreciate all your prayers as we learn how to be a family. <3

Tummy Time!

He can't stand tummy time! Shortly before this video was taken he was crying, trying to convince me that being on his belly was not going to happen.
As you can see he eventually decided to pacify himself cause this mom was stickin to her guns. Lol. Mom-1 Baby-0. :)
